l'emplacement central un sens du service ...comptable : la première information que l'on m'a donné, c'était le prix des éléments de la chambre que je pourrais casser ou voler! lors du check out, on m'a fait attendre avant de payer pour être sûr que je n'avais rien voler ou casser : le faire est normal, le répéter 3 fois l'est nullement. |

the hospitality, place and the room, it is an excellent hotel to stay. The next time i go to phuket i would prefer to stay at the same hotel there was discoordination among hotel workers, some of them may be very rude towards customers, while the others were really friendly |

I liked the cleanliness of the room and surrounds. The staff were also very helpful, but sometimes their lack of English was a little frustrating I thought the bed in the room was one of the hardest I had ever slept on and could have been a touch softer |

The pool was awesome, the swim up bar was absolutely fabulous and breakfast was delicious. It catered for everybody's needs. Every room was great. We stayed in just a standard room, but we had a great view of the pool. The place felt like home. This hotel had the best location of Patong Beach, what a great atmosphere ut had!. Sometimes the rooms were cleaned quite late in the afternoon which became a little annoying when we wanted to have a shower (without clean towels). |
